I don't know that there actually is, because one of the things I heard was that the 90K votes that seemed to be over Cuyahoga County's population limit is from different races and were not voted in the Presidential. For some reason, on alternate elections, CC posts the results of the...state elections, I think, for the district that includes them.
But on the other hand, they definitely had a problem in that one county with the extra 4K votes, so maybe this will make a difference. And to me the best part is that the Kerry campaign is involved in this recount. They might actually take the results seriously, rather than if some independent group came up with evidence of vote fraud.
