I just discovered ban_set. I want to have its babies. It let me finally get my anal-retentive happiness by banning a couple of people who I refuse to friend for various reasons and who are not using those journals, but they're friended to me. My userinfo page is now sparkling nice!
God, I love being anal-retentive some times.
Other times, of course, it blows, but this is not one of those times.
My mother has informed me, as has Miss Manners and everyone else with any taste and style that bragging is unacceptable, so I shall
Free movies are good, nay, great. Free movies are especially good when there are insane people lined up for months to get tickets, sometimes choosing to queue at theatres that will actually not be showing the movie in question.
Star Wars is good, nay, great. Well, except for Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones, (there is a reason I keep typing that Attack of the Clowns) but I do not recognise those movies as existing.
Kevin Smith is good and indeed great and Kevin Smith likes the new Star Wars, whatever my reservations about it might be (namely that Lucas has climbed into a baby bottle and is trying to Rediscover The Joys Of His Childhood.)
So! I have a ticket to go see Revenge Of The Sith for free, courtesy of work (cause we make Star Wars Minis, which pwns any of your other mini-type-games) on May 15th. *happy dance*
I am such an idiot for thinking this movie will be as good as Kevin Smith thinks it is. But I want to believe it is, so I shall until the evidence is laid before me that it is, in fact, a steaming pile of crap.
Still! Free tickets! To see it! No waiting!
