Slightly better news on the legal front.
I found out today that the cousin of one of my nieces got killed in Iraq when a roadside bomb went off. Is it just me or is it time to bring back the WWI-WWII custom of hanging a flag in the front window of the house, with stars to indicate the number in your family serving and the number dead?
My mother said, when I suggested that, that they didn't seem to be encouraging that any more. We both said "I wonder why..."
Also, I'm curious to find out when the US got turned into a banana republic? I mean, this whole administration is coffer-robbing on a level that we haven't seen before, but of the sort readily available in said banana republics.
I had to triple check to make sure I hadn't written coffin-robbing there. Apt as that might be.
