The part I'm interested in is the highlight tab and scrolling menu, not the overall page scroll; if you click on Spencer Lavery, for example, the in-page content box scrolls, and that's what I'm curious about. The page uses a lot of Java elsewhere, but I just don't recognise it well. I'm assuming because it scrolls, in fact, that it's Java, but I can't confirm.
