As I noted in my other blog, I have given up on the idea of using Blogger to maintain a journal. Why I even have a journal, I couldn't say. Nonetheless, I do.
Now if only I had a life to keep in it.
One thing I have noticed is that I have censored myself a lot more than I do in the Blogger blog - there I rattled on about nothing of importance to anyone, but here I feel like I actually have to say something. Which is ironic, as part of the reason I switched to LJ (admittedly a small part) was the idea of friends-lock.
So I suppose I shall return when I have something to say. Hopefully that shall be soon.

Re: Gaah!
I was bitching about their lack of XML feed, but they finally got their googled asses in gear and provided one, so I am happy now.
I intend investigating an SMS-to-blog thingy. I have: 1] a spare mobile 2] a broadband connection 3] a spare PC twiddling its umm PCI bus lines and 4] sufficient boredom with programming at work to sit down at home and hack something out.
That would be a neat geek trick...
