If gas hits $3.50 a gallon because of Katrina, the impossible-by-bus commute may become more possible.
You know, I don't mean to whine, because there are people, not just in the South, who have it a lot worse than me, but everything in my entire life right now wants money and a lot of it. I don't have that much money, frankly. Nor, realistically, do I have a good way of getting hold of some for the moment.
*sighs*
Like New Orleans, I guess it's time to ride it out and hope tomorrow's better.
