it's probably seeking therapy right now.

I am really tired of holding down any sort of "muse" or "inspiration", or, god knows, "Martha Stewart on Crack" and beating it to GIVE ME THE GODDAMN STORY ALREADY. But I am almost done with my goal, and so is the month. So hurrah.

Have been inadvertently reminded that I need to watch Rounders because it's an Ed Norton movie I haven't seen. Personally, I think that IMDb should have a ticky box page where you can put all of the movies by specific actors, directors, whatever you want. And then you can tick them off when you've seen them. Admittedly, I don't say this because, you know, the actors I like have just ginormous bodies of work and I can't remember whether I've seen X movie or not, but because I really like ticky boxes and I like seeing that, of Ed Norton's released movies (16) I have seen 9, which is realistically not enough, particularly since one that I saw is The Italian Job, which is just not that great. In fact, it's pretty damn bad. I blame plopping the love story on what is essentially a tale of adventure and the story of three cars. And also, if you've seen Primal Fear and Fight Club, you've seen The Score.

Dear Hollywood -

Please to be quitting thinking that Ed Norton is the only person who can play MPD. Please to be watching Closetland, and please to be giving Alan Rickman a nasty MPD role. And please to be putting in the graphic nudity.

Love bunches,
Me

And I also need to watch Deadwood before one of my coworkers kills me.

I've seen 9 out of 16 too. Although "Kingdom of Heaven" should hardly count.

"Kingdom of Heaven" is one of those really irritating movies that I swore I wouldn't see even though it's Ridley Scott just because it has Orlando Bloom in, and I despise that man with the depths of my soul. He can't act, he can't think, and he can barely talk. He's not even that pretty!

And then I find out it has Ed Norton in. God hates me.

I just watched it. I decided that Orlando should go down in history, known only as Legolas. And even behind a mask, Ed Norton is creepy cool.

Dammit. Now I'll have to see it, even if it has Orlando Bloom in it. But I really need to see more of his movies, if I expect to have a hope in hell of catching up as he makes more. At least he's not Willem Dafoe, who's in every movie ever made.

And I thought I was the only one who thinks of Ed Norton as my boyfriend! Mmmmm, "American History X"!

I don't know why, but ticky box makes me giggle.
