Right now is NOT a good time to remind me of that particular open call, in case you're interested, o prospective author. No, seriously, right now is a BAD time to remind me of that, o prospective author, and it wasn't even my fucking open call.

Right now, I am hostile, full of mojito and chicken and the blood of virgins and the souls of the innocent, and I am looking at you, prospective author, with rage in my eyes.

Of course, writing that made me think of the cover I just saw for another book of mine and I feel better because the cover is awesome. So I need to balance out "urge to kill" with "urge to leave" and "urge to look at cover" and add in "John Woo style" and it will all be all right.

In the meantime, I'm working this weekend. AND next weekend. MAYBE SORT OF.

Also, I just totally started a letter with "Dear John".

Wow. LJ explosion for you today sugar *pokes carefully from a distance*

Yeah, all I have to do today is "Shit that exists on the computer" and it's easier to vent to LJ than to continue to threaten to kill my coworkers. For one thing, they can hear me.

*pokes back* How's the apartment coming along? And I seem to recall that tomorrow you will be old, yes?

Tomorrow I will be very old (20), and yet younger than I really should be (32). I don't mean that to sound as poetic as much to convey the general mind fuckery birthdays pose for me.

I never threaten to kill people. I let them know I'm capable and what my annoyances are...and if they happen to have something slipped into their drinks its their own damn fault :D

The apartment is wonderful and I shall be posting pictures soon. My gay-luck has manifested all at once so far as thats concerned.

Well, happy late birthday - I hope it was most excellent!

Poisoning people is slightly less rewarding than axing them in the face, but it's all just a matter of perspective, really.
