Though I think the first step might be to find someone to take a picture of me in Child's Pose, because that will never not be a motivator. I can't even do yoga, for fuck's sake.

...yes. I actually have competition angst about doing yoga flatly.

But let's face it: I would like to be bendy and have a lung capacity appropriate to a grown human being and improve my bone density so that when I am ninety I am not three feet tall and folded in half. And I suppose the time to start that, failing starting it twenty years ago, is now.
